This mouthwatering pulled pork sandwich is a classic comfort food. Tender pulled pork is smothered in a tangy sauce and served on a soft bun with crisp pickles. It’s a perfect dish for BBQ gatherings or casual weeknight dinners.

Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and mustard powder to create a dry rub.
Rub the dry rub all over the pork shoulder, making sure it's evenly coated. Place the pork in a slow cooker.
Pour the barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar over the pork. Cook on low heat for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the remaining sauce. Cook for an additional 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
To assemble the sandwiches, place a generous amount of pulled pork on the bottom half of each bun. Top with pickles and additional barbecue sauce, if desired. Cover with the top half of the bun.
